Lets talk about impact on IT market (Parent of AI)
So myself an engineer working in the field of AI in the automotive domain to make all futuristic cars without drivers. Yes, I know AI its power and impact.
Why do Indian top institutes struggle to place their students even IIT Bombay 36% of students are unplaced. Definitely a market situation but you can’t ignore AI. AI made the development of products easy, and made testing automated with no delay then why do you need so many human resources when you don’t have so much manual work?
So learning AI, using AI, and becoming friends with AI is the only way to neglect the impact of AI on you.
She : I mean we regularly used ChatGPT in our development and got habitual.
What questions would you ask to an AI?
I said No but it made me surprised because even myself use now co-pilot (AI tools) for development. Why do we still interview people on coding or algorithms? Why should we not start taking interviews on AI tools and technology because this is the IT future. You can’t beat AI coding. Can you?
People proudly say I am die heart coder and have done so much coding on leetcode. A very simple question can you beat next-generation AI technology?

So I was taking interviews of 4-5 years of experience girl. I asked some light DSA questions.

If you are working in Non IT market don’t think your future are safe. The more AI grow the more hungry it will be and it will target and already started targeting literally every field be it Medical, manufacturing, Automobile, Airline, Education etc. It's just a matter of time.
Today a simple web design will take months to develop but future AI technology will do so in minutes. Today people write Unit tests, and SIL tests for days but AI technology will do so in seconds.
Before coming impacts of AI on the job market let me share one small incident that I always discuss with colleagues.
Seeing the impact? Its more dangerous than your prediction if you are doing just a Data entry job, Testing Job, and specific development job. It gonna hit you and only things can save you by becoming a friend of AI.
